Points of Interest

  • Get information on, and make reservations for, the Cypress Sea, the best dive boat in Monterey.
  • Whenever I'm in Mountain View and need to rent gear for a weekend dive in Monterey, I always go to Blue Water Aquatics. They're very helpful and will rent anything.
  • After a long morning dive, we religiously call on the Moss Landing Café at 421 Moss Landing Rd. for lunch. The proprietor is Mark Couts, a semi-retired five-star gourmet chef, and the specials of the day are whatever was caught fresh that morning, any way you like. Every weekend Mark hosts two gourmet nights featuring local delicacies, but reservations are required. Call him at (408) 633-3355 for reservations on these special nights and be charmed by his culinary skill and warm, down-to-earth hospitality. Mark's address is P. O. Box 309 Moss Landing, CA 95039.
